APPLICATIONS FOR 2017-18 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE AVAILABLE JANUARY 15

APPLICATION
Complete the application for admission which may be requested below. Please enclose copies of report cards for the past two years and return with the $100 application fee to:
Yeshiva of Greater Washington–Tiferes Gedaliah
Attn: Admissions Manager

INTERVIEW

Upon receipt and review of the above materials as well as applicant's reference and evaluation forms, YGW will contact you to arrange an interview. 7th grade applicants have a modified procedure, please inquire.
The personal interview will include the student, one or both parents, the Menahel, the General Studies Principal and other administrators. Please allow 2-3 hours for the interview and testing.
 

TESTING
Placement tests in selected subject areas will be given to applicants at the interview.


OBSERVATION
During the school year, applicants and parents are welcome to observe classes on the day of the interview or by appointment.


ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance to YGW will be based on a review of the student’s school records and testing, the personal interview, and consultation with references.
Parents will be notified in writing of the student’s admission status. Upon acceptance, the Admissions Manager will provide parents with the financial forms necessary to finalize enrollment.
